The “New Alaska Volkhov” company was successfully confirmed certification of crab products by the HACCP system in March 2017, and has also certified its production to produce fish and seafood. Any of you may recall that during certification in the HACCP system, all types of risks associated with food consumption are monitored. Additionally, an analysis of the possibility of eliminating or reducing risks to a permissible level is conducted as a result of targeted control measures from the manufacturing side.
